Information we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email, telephone number, enquiry type, message and the property reference. When you submit a property we also collect the property address and details, photos, availability and viewing preferences.
Website analytics
To understand how the website is used, we record anonymous usage information: pages viewed, the page you arrived on, the website or campaign that referred you, device type, browser, operating system, approximate location (country, region and city, derived by our hosting provider), and actions such as searches, enquiry form use and clicks on our phone or WhatsApp links. A random identifier is kept in your browser's local storage to recognise repeat visits. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not store your IP address, and we do not record the contents of forms in our analytics. Detailed analytics records are automatically deleted after a set period (about 13 months by default), after which only daily totals are kept. You can clear the identifier at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Why we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange viewings, verify property submissions and authority to list, and to provide the services you request. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Owner contact details are never published on listings. Information may be shared with our staff and service providers who help us operate this website, under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
Security and retention
Information is stored on secured systems with access limited to authorised staff. We keep it only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to processing, by emailing enquiries@mperryholding.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
